It's been awhile since I've been here but the owners are compassionate about others. The rooms are cleaned daily or a pond request the location is a trail walk away right next local restaurants a gas station a convenience store in OceanWorld.

A great motel at a great price. The check in staff were friendly and always on hand and the room itself, although dated was comfortable and spacious. The bed was a little soft for our liking, but clean. Shower had good amount of hot water. The WiFi was fast enough and the free coffee, tea and pastries were welcomed at breakfast time. As with other reviewers, we did see homeless people around, although they merely walked through the parking lot and moved on. We didn't feel unsafe.
